Public Playground in the Countryside Subdivision being Negotiated

Yorkville staff is in the process of negotiating with Yorkville Congregational Church for a public playground and shelter on their existing land. The Church would donate a portion of their land to house the new site in the Countryside subdivision. The City would spend up to $130,000 enhancing the new park.
